CELEBRATE!!!

Here's another 'mostly Brent' post but I gotta say: I AM SO PROUD!!! He's finally done with his thesis!! Yahoooooo!!!! He met with his advisor earlier this evening, they talked about how long he'd been working on it and how 'ready to be done with it' he is... anyway, when it came down to it, the advisor agreed that he needs to be moving on. Brent's not sure what his grade will be but it'll be a passing one, for sure. Then he'll actually get that piece of paper that says he's an MSW at the end of this summer term! He's so relieved! So am I!!! His next steps are to study for and take the licensing exam and then to update and send out the ol' resumé to potential employers - both here, in Idaho, and in Oregon. We'll see what happens! In the meantime, we're celebrating!! The celebratory dinner was at Brent's favorite place in town: Krung Thai. It's the only place in Nampa where they make and serve fresh sushi (that we know of). So... YAY for Brent!! Way to go, Babe!!
