18 Weeks Old + 4 Month Dr Visit

Aww. I wish it could've been a happier 18 week birthday but our poor little guy had to get some more shots at the Drs office today! Mommy and daddy were so sad! And I don't think we've ever seen Mac's face turn that bright shade of red before!! Whew! Talk about a SCREAMER!! Really!! Thank goodness the shots are at the end of the visit. The appt itself was fine. Dr Roy checked him out... said everything looked great! He was 15 lbs, 3 oz and just under 26" long... 50% for weight, 75% for height. He's finally getting longer! Yay! And his head was 43 cm. He's definitely getting bigger! Once again, we had to get going so that daddy could get to work. Mac slept on the way home again but woke up once we got home. I think he was just hungry 'cause after he ate he went right back to sleep for quite a while! A couple hours, at least! Here's the tired boy:

Once he woke up, we decided to take a ½ priced Sonic soda to daddy at work! He enjoyed the soda break. And his friend, Wanda, came outside to hold Mac. It was a busy day! Maybe that means Mac will sleep soundly tonight! Had to give the Tylenol this time too. His poor little thighs... those shots are just no fun!
